The facilities, which will be called Enjoy Sanfer, will have 6.500 square meters distributed over four floors, with five swimming pools (two of them outdoors for summer use), a fitness room of 1.000 square meters, four studios for all type of activities and three paddle tennis courts, among other services open to all Avilesinos.

Enjoy Wellness is a company dedicated to the construction and management of sports centers for a complete program. It offers customers the best alternative of healthy leisure for the whole family, with the best duality of price quality, being a school of healthy living habits that allows a better and healthier society. Delivery to its clients a transversal service, at contained prices, and with access to all the facilities and services within a monthly all-inclusive subscription. For its project in Avilés, Enjoy Wellness will make an approximate investment of 8,5 million euros and, once the processing is complete, the company calculates that its construction and start-up will last 14 months. Once opened, Enjoy Sanfer will employ around thirty people.

The company is in a moment of great growth. It currently has centers open in Madrid (3), Mérida (1), Salamanca (2), Valencia (1) and Seville (1). In the next year, it will continue its national expansion with the opening of two centers in Getafe and Oviedo. Together with this project in Avilés, they will add a total of 11 centers that will serve more than 70.000 users.

For the school San Fernando, this project will respond to an old wish: to have pools that allow this activity to be offered to students. Sport is one of the hallmarks of the center, and this complex fits perfectly with its goal of promoting health, sports and maintaining healthy lifestyles in the educational community.

Enjoy Sanfer will be a modern building with four floors, 6.500 square meters that will house a complete program of uses with unlimited access for subscribers and with different quota formats for each need. The spacious and bright fitness room will be equipped with technology from the leading manufacturers in the sector with machines with connectivity, more than 250 training stations, cardio zone, toning, free weight, functional training, stretching area and circuits. In the four studies, more than 150 activities per week will be taught, for all ages and levels and directed by expert coaches (cardiovascular, choreographed, body-mind, athletic training, toning, etc.).

The hydrothermal area will have a semi Olympic pool of 25 meters, a teaching glass for children and a large spa, Turkish bath and sauna. Outside there will be two recreational summer pools open seasonally, as well as a solarium with sun beds and umbrellas. And on the deck will be located three paddle courts, two of them covered. Cafeteria, playroom, playground and a covered parking for 145 vehicles complete this new space.

Agreement with the City Council

This project will be possible thanks to an agreement signed on the morning of Thursday 13 in December with the City Council of Avilés, signed by the mayor of the city, Mariví Monteserín, and those responsible for the ownership of the School San Fernando, Javier Martínez and José Luis Martínez.
